VENDOR APPLICATION

Welcome to the Vendor Application of our fourth annual Birthday Bash! We are so excited to host a celebration of us turning four years old!!

Before applying for your space at the Birthday Bash, please be aware of additional vending requirements:

1. We ask all vendors to promote this event to the best of their ability, posting on social media using the #TSSbirthdaybash hastag, email blasting your network, inviting on our Facebook event page, etc. We want everyone to celebrate with us! :-)

2. All vendors will be required to bring a WHITE 10x10 tent and if you are using a table(s), please supply a white stretchy 6-8ft table cloth(s).

3. We request all vendors donate an item (quantity of 25) to add to our swag bags for the first 25 guests at the door. Space is limited and vendors selected to be featured will receive an email, call or text notification to officially register for space at this year's event. Terms and Conditions

This agreement is to verify your participation in the 4th Annual Succulent Shop Birthday Bash on Saturday, June 1st from 9:00am-2:00pm at The Succulent Shop, 319 S Main St. Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012

Each Small Business vendor must bring their own 6-foot table, a White Stretchy Table Cloth and a white 10x10 tent. The Succulent Shop has 3 tents available to rent for an additional $25 and white table cloths for $10 upon request. Both first come, first serve.

Vendors who don’t provide WHITE table cloths and tents will be disqualified to participate and charged a $25 inconvenience fee.

Vendors are permitted to bring displays, stands, chairs, and signage. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display, however, loud music is prohibited.

Outlets are available for electronic equipment, but are limited, those needs should be specified at the bottom of the agreement. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to a 10x10 display size. Larger displays should give prior notice to the event coordinator.

The Succulent Shop is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the property, however Special Event Insurance will be provided for the scheduled time of the event. In addition, The Succulent Shop assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.

Vendors will be assigned a check-in time. The event concludes at 2:00 pm and vendors have until 4:00 pm for break down. Participation is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.

Vendors must pay the registration fee of $100 before space is reserved. Thanks to the layout provided, all vending areas have an equal amount of visibility. There are no bad spaces. Our event coordinator pre selects vendor space for each small business based on your products. Vendors reserve the right to request a different space, although it is not guaranteed.

Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by May 25th, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, but will be given electrical access upon request.

Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, the event will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is canceled by The Succulent Shop, this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.

Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Birthday Bash. As a registered vendor you are welcome to submit a promotional item, i.e., coupon, business card, flyer etc., to be included in our complimentary swag bags given to the first 25 attendees.
