Interns will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of our business and receive personalized guidance from experienced team members. With opportunities to support both plant care and customer experience, this program encourages creativity, responsibility, and teamwork in a welcoming, growth-oriented atmosphere.
Internship Pay: All internships are paid positions at minimum wage, with the added benefit of tip share based on hours worked.

🌱 Horticulture Internship
Our Horticulture Internship is an 8 week program designed for individuals who love working with plants and want to deepen their knowledge of plant care, propagation, and other aspects. Interns will gain hands-on experience with a wide range of plant species while learning about soil health, watering techniques, pest management, and seasonal plant maintenance.
This internship provides opportunities to work directly with plant inventory, assist in the upkeep of growing environments, and support the preparation of plant materials for retail, workshops, or events. Ideal for students pursuing careers in horticulture, botany, or environmental science—or anyone eager to get their hands in the dirt and learn by doing.
Interns will leave with practical skills, a better understanding of plant biology, and the confidence to care for and manage plants in both personal and professional settings.
Requirements:
This program is designed for 16-20 years old. Exceptions may be allowed.
15-20 Hours Per Week, Weekend Availability Required.
Interest in plant care, gardening, or horticulture.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as watering, repotting, and organizing supplies.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow care routines
Eagerness to learn and ask questions—no prior plant experience necessary!
🌿 Management Internship
The Management Internship is an 8 week program providing dynamic experience for individuals interested in learning how a small business runs from the ground up. Interns in this track will be exposed to key operational areas including scheduling, inventory management, customer experience, staff coordination, and vendor communication.
This internship is ideal for students pursuing business, marketing, or hospitality—or anyone interested in learning how to lead teams, create systems, and support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. Interns will also assist in events, workshops, and retail support, gaining insight into the behind-the-scenes efforts that make a business run smoothly.
By the end of the program, interns will have developed organizational, leadership, and communication skills essential to running or managing a small business or team.
