Autumn & Vine: faq’s for vendors

How many attendees do you expect?

While attendance can vary, we are anticipating several hundred guests throughout the evening based on previous events, location visibility, and targeted promotion in the Rose District and surrounding areas. We are actively marketing through local media, social platforms, and partner businesses.

Can I share a booth with another vendor?

Booth sharing is allowed only with prior approval and if both businesses complement each other. Each vendor must still complete an application, and a joint setup plan should be submitted for review. Only one $100 fee applies for shared spaces.

Will professional photography be taken at the event?

Yes. A photographer will be capturing the event for promotional use. Vendors may be featured in photos used for future marketing. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, please let the event coordinator know in advance.

Can I bring a helper or employee?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring assistants to help you set up, staff your booth, or manage customer flow. Please keep your team size to 2–3 people total per booth unless otherwise arranged.

Where do vendors park during the event?

Vendor parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the Rose District. There are numerous public parking areas along and near Main Street, and vendors are welcome to park wherever is most convenient after unloading. A detailed setup map and parking suggestions will be provided during the week of the event.

Can I decorate my booth outside of the fall theme?

You’re encouraged to stay within the general fall aesthetic for visual cohesion, but you are welcome to incorporate your brand colors, textures, and signature look as long as it maintains a clean and cohesive appearance.

Can I distribute flyers or coupons outside of my booth?

Flyers, coupons, or other handouts must be distributed within your booth space only. However, all vendors are encouraged to contribute these items to our swag bags for maximum reach.
